POLICIES

Check In/Check Out:

  • Self-check-in 

  • CHECK IN is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT is 12:00 PM

Rates: The rates for each property are listed on the property page. 

 

Minimum Stay:

  • A 2 night minimum 

​

Maximum Occupancy:

  • Maximum occupancy is listed on the property page

  • If reported for having additional guests (children or adults), you will be responsible for paying for those guests and you may possibly be asked to end your stay.

  • NO large gatherings or parties!!!

​

Pool:

  • The pool is available at all times.

  • No glass items around pool area. DO NOT wash shoes or waders in pool. 

  • No items such as rocks, sand, mud allowed in pool. You may incur additional feed if these items are intentionally put in the pool.

​

Wildlife:

  • View wildlife from a distance! Please watch your step for snakes. 

  • The property is treated regularly by a professional for pests. We are not responsible for any pest or wildlife encounters. 

​

Outdoor Grill:

  • We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid.

  • Make sure the grill is no longer burning before it is left unattended. 

 

Quiet Hours:

  • Please be respectful while listening to music, swimming, or playing outdoor games after dark.

  • Neighbors have the right to report excessive noise. If you are reported, you may be evicted from the property and have a loss of deposit/total payment.

 

Pets:

  • Pets MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. $50.00 fee per pet.

  • Pets must be crated when being left unattended, are NOT allowed on any furniture, and are NOT allowed in the pool.

  • Animal droppings or excessive cleaning of pet hair will incur additional charges.

  • By bringing your pet, you are accepting responsibility for all and any damages to the lodge.

 

Smoking:

  • Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only. Please do not smoke inside the lodge, garage, or bathrooms.

  • DO NOT leave butts on the ground, yard, driveway, or pool.

  • Smoking inside of the lodge will incur fees for cleaning and cost for displacement of incoming guests.

Trash: Please clean up trash throughout your stay. 

 

Internet/TV/Power outages/Cell phone service:

  • WiFi and a smart TV are provided at no additional charge. We are not responsible for internet outages.

  • We are not responsible for power outages and no refunds will be given for outages.

  • AT&T receives the best service in our area. You may not have cell service if you have a different service provider (Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint)

 

Weather/Environment:

  • We are not able to give refunds due to weather.

  • However, due to our location, we may have to cancel/reschedule your stay due to a hurricane or tropical storm.

 

Damages:

  • It is your responsibility to walk the property upon arrival and immediately report any damages.

  • Damages that have happened throughout the stay will be the responsibility of the renter on the reservation.

  • Please do not move any furniture.

Private Pier:​

  • Treat the pier with respect. Please do not damage boards or place anything that may be considered permanent to the pier.

  • We provide a fish cleaning table for your use. Do not clean fish anywhere else on the property or in the house. Cleaning fish in the house will result in an additional cleaning fee.

  • The pier lights are located at the end of the pier. If you have any questions or problems, always feel free to give us a call!

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made 14 days PRIOR to your scheduled stay. 

  • Text messages, voicemails, or phone calls are not acceptable forms of cancellation. We require an email request to cancel or reschedule your dates.

  • Once you have entered the non-cancellation period, you will not be able to receive a deposit refund.

  • We suggest purchasing travel insurance

 

Questions

Only one house will be booked. This is not a shared property.
